Service Description
Flyer Flex & Performance is designed to build strong, confident, and controlled athletes in the air. This class combines flexibility, strength, balance, and performance training to improve body positions and overall execution. Athletes will focus on technique, stability, and control while developing the ability to hit and hold positions with confidence. Training is structured through drills and consistent reps to increase flexibility, build strength, and improve body awareness. In addition to physical development, athletes will work on performance quality — learning how to stand out, show confidence, and command attention in the air. This is not just about getting flexible — it’s about learning to control your body positions and perform at a higher level. Athletes will be challenged based on their current ability and pushed to improve with purpose each session.
